We provide kickboxing classes for both adults and children, no matter what level of skill you have. Our kickboxing classes for kids are for children Under 13 and is a safe environment to introduce your kids to kickboxing and then progress their ability. We provide kickboxing classes for kids across all our kickboxing clubs and we primarily focus on the non-contact part of self-defence. Our kickboxing classes for kids are the perfect way for your child to make new friends, grow in confidence and learn responsibility.

Adult Kickboxing Classes

Our Adult kickboxing classes are perfect for any skill level, as we provide a wide range of kickboxing classes across our multiple locations, ranging from beginners to tournament level. At our kickboxing clubs, you will learn how to motivate yourself to stay fit and active, progress through the martial arts grading system and make friends along the way! Similar to our kickboxing classes for kids, most of our adult classes focus on the non-contact side of self-defence.
