1) Learn realistic self defence
Kickboxing gives our students the strength to walk away and confidence to avoid trouble altogether.  It will also give you the mental and physical skills to defend yourself if other options don't work. ​​

Kickboxing builds muscle and increases cardiovascular performance giving improving your overall fitness and well-being.

50% of people who join a gym, quit within 6 months.  All our classes are different and our coaching team trained to get the best out of YOU.

Our optional martial arts grading system allows you to progress through your belts and prove progression to a high standard.

We provide optional seminars and tournaments for you to aim for and really excel in martial arts.

Lost confidence recently, we work on a method of positive re-enforcement  whilst also pushing comfort zones, from week one we focus on removing the 'cant do' mentality and strengthen your self-belief. ​

Successful businessmen, elite level athletes, and big achievers all have one thing in common: they set goals.  Goals give individuals direction and motivation, helping them focus.  Kickboxing will set goals for you and encourage you to set your own goals. This will help in every aspect of life, whether in relationships, work, or other hobbies.
