Terms and Conditions

The Payment of your membership fees act as your commitment to us and in turn our commitment to offer you a place within our club subject to standing order payments. We offer all new starters a 14 day cooling off period, if you would like a refund within these 14 days please contact your instructor directly and this can be arranged. This refund is dependent on the safe return of unworn uniform also the refund will be less any sessions attended during this 14 day period which will be charged at £10 per session.
2.0 Training Fees- Your monthly direct debit payment secures your place in our clubs, allows access to the vast library of online training content and confirms you as a Kickboxuk Member to attend our specialist training sessions, tournaments, gradings and seminars (additional charges for these may apply). The hones is on the student to ensure they attend the amount of classes per month that has been paid for.
Cash payments towards tuition will only be accepted as a one off whilst you are waiting for your bank to set up a standing order to pay for your tuition fees. Any monthly payments after the first month that are not paid through the direct debit should be paid directly to your instructor on or before the 7th of the month and will incur an additional administration charge in the region of 15%.
All our training prices are based on a monthly payment system, we only offer a 'pay as you train' system for additional classes providing you already have a standing order at one KickboxUK club. This is particularly useful for grading preparations and build up to tournaments. These additional sessions are £9 for 1 hour classes, however, please speak to your instructor as discounts are offered for regular multi-club training packages when added to your standing order mandate.
2.1 Cancellation of Training Fees
The Direct Debit Mandate is not a fixed term contract and can be cancelled without notice, however we do request a 28 day notice of cancellation so we can aim to fill the space in the club.
The cancellation of the Direct Debit can be cancelled on your behalf to prevent any future payments but it is your responsibility to request that your Coach actions this for you.
Cancellation may result in your place at our club being offered to another student and therefore you may be required to join a waiting list should you wish to return to training. You must re-establish the Direct Debit payment before any further training within our classes may take place. After cancellation of your training fees you are no longer classed as a KickboxUK member and therefore cannot attend our specialist training sessions, tournaments, gradings and seminars.
